46:30B-51. Publication of notice by administrator. The administrator shall cause a notice to be published not later than November 30 of the year next following the year in which abandoned property has been paid or delivered to the administrator, or in the case of property reported by life insurance companies, September 1, of the year in which abandoned property has been paid or delivered to the administrator following the report required by Article 17 of this chapter at least once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the county of this State in which is located the last known address of any person to be named in the notice.
