The Medical Society of the State of New Jersey, already incorporated by the style and name of "the Medical Society of New Jersey," shall continue to be a body corporate and politic, in fact and in name, and shall and may have and use a common seal, which it may alter at pleasure, and said society shall be composed of delegates chosen in accordance with its duly adopted bylaws by and from each of the county, specialty, or other societies, which now are, or which under the authority of said society may be hereafter instituted. The officers for the time being shall be ex officio members of said society, independently of the authority of delegation. All persons who may have been or may hereafter be presidents of the society shall rank as fellows, and be entitled to all the privileges of delega
