Text
On and after January first, one thousand nine hundred and fifty-four, it shall be unlawful for any person to conduct a bio-analytical laboratory in this State, unless such person is the holder of a bio-analytical laboratory director's license. L.1953, c. 420, p. 2105, s. 12.
