23.The provisions of the uniform enforcement law, P.L.1978, c.73 (C.45:1-14 et seq.) shall apply to this act and the director shall be deemed to have all authority granted to any board under that act. The authority of the director may be delegated to the council at the discretion of the director. If any person practices without a valid license or holds himself out as being able to practice occupational therapy in violation of section 9 of this act, each day during which the violation continues shall constitute an additional and separate and distinct offense for the purposes of this section.
