3. a.
(1)No person shall practice as a physician assistant or present, call or represent himself as a physician assistant unless that person is licensed pursuant to section 4 of this act.
(2)Nothing in this act shall be construed to limit, preclude, or otherwise interfere with the practice of any person licensed by an appropriate agency of the State of New Jersey, provided that such duties are consistent with the accepted standards of the person's profession and the person does not present himself as a physician assistant. b.
