7.Pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), the State Board of Medical Examiners shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purposes of sections 5 and 6 of this act. L.1993,c.250,s.7.
