§ 45:27-5 — Notice of actions, proceedings involving cemetery companies.

5.The Attorney General and the board shall be served with notice of any action or proceeding by or against a cemetery company and may intervene in the action or proceeding to protect the public interest. L.2003,c.261,s.5.
