27.
a.A public mausoleum shall not be constructed without obtaining a permit from the construction official of the municipality in which it is to be constructed. Failure to issue a permit is reviewable by the appropriate construction board of appeals established pursuant to the "State Uniform Construction Code Act," P.L.1975, c.217 (C.52:27D-119 et seq.).
b.Construction shall not begin until detailed plans and specifications of the structure have been approved by the State Department of Community Affairs and the certificate of approval is filed in the office of the municipal enforcing agency where the structure is to be constructed.
