§ 45:26-9 — Application, fee, issuance of license.

9.Upon payment to the commissioner of a fee and the submission of a completed written application provided by the commissioner, the commissioner shall issue a crane operator license to any person who meets the eligibility requirements of section 8 of this act. L.2003,c.171,s.9.
