§ 45:19-35 — Employees of license holder, "employee's statement" required.

8.
a.The holder of any license issued under the provisions of this act may employ as many persons as the licensee may deem necessary to assist the licensee in the licensee's work and in the conduct of the licensee's business. The licensee shall be liable, accountable and responsible for the actions and conduct in connection with his or her business of each person so employed.
b.The holder of any license issued under the provisions of this act shall require each person employed to execute and furnish a verified statement, to be known as an "employee's statement," which shall set forth the employee's full name, residence, place and date of birth and such other information as the superintendent shall require by rule or regulation.
