6.The superintendent, when satisfied with the examination of any application, and such further inquiry and investigations as he shall deem proper as to the good character, competency and integrity of the applicant, and upon proof of satisfactory completion by the applicant of the education and training program if required, shall issue a bounty hunter license to an applicant upon payment of a fee in an amount established by the superintendent by rule and regulation and execution of a bond in a manner, form and amount satisfactory to the superintendent as established by rule and regulation. The license shall be renewable every two years upon payment of a renewal fee in an amount established by the superintendent by rule and regulation. L.2005,c.376,s.6.
