4. a. An application for licensure as a bounty hunter shall be submitted to the superintendent by the applicant on a form and in a manner prescribed by the superintendent and shall contain the following information:

(1)the full name, age, which shall be at least 25 years, and residence of the applicant;
(2)the full and complete employment history of the applicant;
(3)verification that the applicant has had at least five years of law enforcement experience as a law enforcement officer with an organized law enforcement agency of this State, or of any political subdivision of this State, or of the United States or of any state, territory or possession of the United States, and is no longer employed by or attached in any capacity whatsoever to any law enforcement agency, or that the applica
