§ 45:19-27 — Effect of partial invalidity

New Jersey·Title 45 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS

Should any section or provision of this act be held to be invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the same shall not affect the validity of the act as a whole or any part thereof other than the portion so held to be invalid. L.1939, c. 369, p. 898, s. 20.
