§ 45:19-25 — Enforcement through Department of State Police

New Jersey·Title 45 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS

The superintendent is hereby authorized to use such members of the Department of State Police as he may deem necessary to enable him to carry out the provisions of this act and to enforce compliance therewith. L.1939, c. 369, p. 898, s. 18.
