§ 45:17A-39 — Applicability of act
New Jersey·Title 45 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS
22.The provisions of this act shall apply to any person engaging in any of the activities regulated by this act, including persons whose principal place of business is located outside this State. L.1994,c.16,s.22.
