§ 45:14D-26 — Notification to BPU of unlicensed mover.

3.The director shall notify the Board of Public Utilities of the business location and telephone number of any public mover that does not have a valid license issued by the director. L.1998, c.60, s.3; amended 2010, c.87, s.42.
