6.The provisions of this act shall not apply to any electrical contractor licensed by the Board of Examiners of Electrical Contractors pursuant to P.L.1962, c.162 (C.45:5A-1 et seq.), and any person in his employ while performing the duties of his employment, who is acting within the scope of his profession or occupation. L.2003,c.205,s.6.
