Text
The State board may in its discretion grant State licenses without examination to applicants so licensed by other States; provided that equal reciprocity is provided for New Jersey master plumbers by law of such applicant's domiciliary State and provided further that such sister State's standards are equal to or comparable to those of this State. L.1968, c. 362, s. 19, eff. Dec. 26, 1968.
