Text
The authorization and disclosure of confidential information pursuant to the provisions of section 2 or 4 of this act shall not constitute a waiver of the privilege accorded by section 28 of P.L. 1966, c. 282 (C. 45:14B-28), and the third-party payor and the members of the independent professional review committee are subject to the provisions of that section. L. 1985, c. 256, s. 5.
