Text
The board is authorized to treat funds allocated for the purpose of continuing proficiency as State Funds for the purpose of accepting any funds made available under Federal Law for the promulgation and maintenance of programs of continuing proficiency. L.1975, c. 24, s. 6, eff. March 5, 1975.
