§ 45:1-72 — Severability.

6.If any of the provisions of P.L.2020, c.133 (C.45:1-67 et seq.) or its application to any person or circumstance is held to be invalid, the invalidity shall not affect any other provision or application of P.L.2020, c.133 (C.45:1-67 et seq.) which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application and, to this end, the provisions of P.L.2020, c.133 (C.45:1-67 et seq.) are severable. L.2020, c.133, s.6.
