31.Pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), the Director of the Division of Consumer Affairs shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of sections 24 through 30 of P.L.2007, c.244 (C.45:1-44 through C.45:1-50). L.2007, c.244, s.31.
