Text

The State Board of Medical Examiners shall, in addition to conducting examinations for licenses to practice all professions placed under its jurisdiction, hold meetings for the licensure or examination, or both, of all applicants under this act for a license as a bio-analytical laboratory director not less than twice each year which meetings shall be held at such times and places as the board shall designate. The board shall keep an official record of all such meetings and an official register of all applicants for such license. L.1953, c. 420, p. 2101, s.
