Any other person applying subsequent to the thirty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and fifty-two, to take an examination leading to the granting of a license to practice chiropractic in New Jersey who has been graduated from a legally incorporated school, institution, or college of chiropractic after successfully completing four courses of lectures requiring personal attendance during four full school years of at least nine months each in four different calendar years, which school, institution or college, if the applicant is graduated after the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and fifty-three, shall have been approved by the board, who is more than twenty-one years of age, of good moral character, and a citizen of the United States, and who shall furnish p
