38.The board may institute an action in the name of the State in the Superior Court for the appointment of a receiver, injunctive or other relief to protect the public interest, or to prohibit the violation of this act or the orders, rules or regulations of the board. Relief shall not be limited or barred by the imposition of any penalties imposed by the board. The receivership shall be discharged as soon as the condition which caused the suspension has been corrected. L.2003,c.261,s.38.
