Text
Any person, firm, association or corporation to whom a license may be issued in accordance with this act shall surrender such license and all duplicate copies thereof to the superintendent within five days after such license shall have expired or shall have been revoked, suspended or surrendered. Failure to comply with the provisions of this section shall constitute a misdemeanor. L.1939, c. 369, p. 892, s. 6.
