7.The director may, after notice and opportunity for a hearing, revoke, suspend or refuse to renew or issue any license issued pursuant to this act upon a finding that the applicant or holder of a license: a. Has obtained a license by means of fraud, misrepresentation or concealment of material facts; b. Has engaged in the use or employment of dishonesty, fraud, deception, misrepresentation, false promise or false pretense; c. Has engaged in gross negligence or gross incompetence; d. Has engaged in repeated acts of negligence or incompetence; e. Has repeatedly failed to discharge contractual obligations to any person contracting for moving or storage services; f. Has engaged in occupational misconduct; g. Has been convicted of any crime involving moral turpitude or any crime relating adve
