§ 44:8-159 — Rebates for pharmaceutical products; requirements.

14. a. The Commissioner of Human Services shall contract with manufacturers of pharmaceutical products to provide rebates for pharmaceutical products covered under the Work First New Jersey General Public Assistance program (WFNJ-GA), established pursuant to P.L.1947, c.156 (C.44:8-107 et seq.) on the same basis as is required under the "Pharmaceutical Assistance to the Aged and Disabled" program established pursuant to P.L.1975, c.194 (C.30:4D-20 et seq.) and "Senior Gold Prescription Discount Program" established pursuant to P.L.2001, c.96 (C.30:4D-43 et seq.) and in section 1927(a) through (c) of the federal Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. s.1396r-8(a)-
