30.The county welfare director of each county is authorized to allocate the functions, powers and duties of each municipal welfare agency in the county transferred pursuant to P.L.1995, c.259 (C.40A:4-6.1 et al.) among the existing offices in the county welfare agency. L.1995,c.259,s.30.
