L.1933, c. 103, p. 211, entitled "A supplement to an act entitled "A supplement to an act entitled "An act for the settlement and relief of the poor, and providing for municipal, county or joint county relief, excepting from county or joint county relief, certain municipalities" (Revision of 1924), approved March eleventh, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four,' " approved April tenth, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, saved from repeal. [This act provides that in counties which had adopted the provisions of the county referendum act providing for the relief and settlement of the poor, and in which children were then being maintained at public charge under the care of a duly incorporated charitable society, the county may transfer any child under eighteen years from the count
