Text
The county welfare board shall meet regularly once each month and at such other times as may be necessary or as it may by rule provide. When a welfare-house has been established the board shall meet at such welfare-house or, in case of emergency, at the office of the county welfare board, at least once in every month, and at such other times and places as may be prescribed in the by-laws or rules of the board. The board shall hold its annual meeting within two months after the close of the fiscal year. Amended by L.1938, c. 194, p. 422, s. 3, eff. May 16, 1938; L.1943, c. 112, p. 344, s. 1, eff. April 7, 1943.
