§ 43:21-7f — Schedule of fines
New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
33.A schedule of fines, with no fine exceeding $1,000 for a single offense, shall be established by the commissioner for any of the following actions or omissions with respect to the collection of contributions or the use of moneys disbursed from the fund: a. A false statement or misrepresentation made knowingly; b. Failure to disclose a material fact; c. Attempt to defraud; d. Willful failure or refusal to: withhold or transfer any contribution or other payment; furnish any report or information; or produce or permit the inspection or copying of records as required pursuant to this act; and e. Willful violation of any provision of this act or any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to this act. The fines shall be recoverable in a civil action by the commissioner in the name of the St
