30.Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law to the contrary, each employer shall: withhold in trust the amount of all workers' contributions from their wages at the time wages are paid, show the deduction on the payroll records, furnish the evidence thereof and permit any inspection of the records as prescribed by the commissioner, and transmit all workers' contributions and other contributions due from the employer pursuant to this act to the fund in a manner and at the times that the commissioner, in consultation with the Essential Health Services Commission established pursuant to P.L.1992, c.160 (C.26:2H-18.51 et al.), prescribes.
