§ 43:21-37 — Persons entitled to benefits
New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
Any covered individual who on the date of the commencement of a period of disability is not entitled to disability benefits under an approved private plan shall be entitled to disability benefits as provided in this article, referred to in this act as the State plan. L.1948, c. 110, p. 594, s. 13.
