Notwithstanding the provisions of this act as to its effective date in other respects, subsection (i)(7)(J) of section 43:21-19, dealing with exclusion of certain insurance agents and agents of investment companies, is to be retroactively applicable from and after, and effective as of, December twenty-third, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one. L.1950, c. 304, p. 1039, s. 2.
