§ 43:21-14b — Information to Transportation commissioner
New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
The Commissioner of Labor shall transmit the information received from employers as provided in section 1 of this act to the Commissioner of Transportation, who shall utilize the information in developing plans and programs for traffic control, highway maintenance and construction, and mass transit. L. 1987, c. 450, s. 2; per s.4, expired April 19, 1993.
