§ 43:16A-68 — Transmittal of information by chief fiscal officer.

9.The chief fiscal officer of the employer shall transmit to the retirement system such information as the system shall require in order for the board of trustees to comply with the provisions of this act. L.1973, c.156, s.9; amended 2018, c.55, s.34.
