§ 43:16A-45 — Information, secretary to transmit
New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
The secretary of each county park commission having employees who are members of the State fund shall transmit to the board of trustees such information as the board shall, from time to time, require. L.1948, c. 441, p. 1734, s. 6.
