§ 43:16A-32 — Information transmitted to board
New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
The chief financial officer of each county, municipality or political subdivision having employees who are members of this fund shall transmit to the board of trustees such information as the board shall, from time to time, require. L.1945, c. 148, p. 533, s. 16.
