§ 43:16A-24 — Partial invalidity
New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
If any provision, section or part of any section of this act is declared to be unconstitutional, the same shall not be held to affect any other section or provision of this act, and the remainder of this act shall in nowise thereby be invalidated. L.1944, c. 255, p. 857, s. 24.
