5.The State shall be liable for any increased cost to local government employers participating in the Police and Firemen's Retirement System, established pursuant to P.L.1944, c.255 (C.43:16A-1 et seq.), as a result of the provisions of this act, P.L.2001, c.128. L.2001,c.128,s.5.
