No adjustments shall be made beyond those permitted to be made for pensioners in State administered retirement systems, as promulgated by the Director of the Division of Pensions in accordance with the provisions of the "Pension Increase Act," P.L.1958, c. 143 (C. 43:3B-1 et seq.). L.1979, c. 400, s. 2, eff. Feb. 8, 1980.
