6.The Director of the Division of Pensions and Benefits of the Department of the Treasury shall promulgate such rules and regulations, not inconsistent with the provisions of the "Pension Adjustment Act,"P.L.1958, c.143 (C.43:3B-1 et seq.), and this act, as deemed necessary for the effective operation of this act. The State Treasurer shall include a report of the operation of this act in the annual report submitted to the Governor and the Legislature regarding all of the operations of the Division of Pensions and Benefits. The secretary of the pension commission shall furnish such information as the director may request for this purpose. L.2002,c.109,s.6.
