Text
Adjustments hereunder shall continue to be made as long as the employer appropriates the amount necessary to make such additional payments and provided further that there is appropriated by the State the amount certified for pensioners of State administered retirement systems. L.1971, c. 285, s. 3, eff. Aug. 19, 1971.
