Text
The adoption of a resolution pursuant to this act shall not impair the pension rights of any court interpreter theretofore employed, nor shall it relieve the county of its obligation to maintain a pension fund under this article for such previously appointed court interpreter. L.1947, c. 174, p. 789, s. 2.
