§ 43:21-28 — Coverage
New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
All covered individuals shall be entitled on and after January first, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine, to the benefits provided under either a private plan or the State plan of disability benefits, as hereinafter provided. L.1948, c. 110, p. 588, s. 4.
