Text
Every receiver or trustee shall, before assuming the duties of his office, enter into such bond and comply with such terms as the court may prescribe, and take and subscribe the following oath: "I, , do swear that I will faithfully, honestly and impartially execute the powers and trusts reposed in me as receiver (or trustee), for the creditors and members of the , and that without favor or affection." Such oath shall be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court within ten days after the taking thereof. Amended by L.1953, c. 40, p. 765, s. 17, eff. March 19, 1953.
