64.Cancellation of Certificate of Authority. To cancel its certificate of authority to transact business in this State, a foreign limited liability company shall deliver to the filing office for filing a certificate of cancellation stating the name of the company and such other information as may be required by the filing office to correctly identify the company and that the company desires to cancel its certificate of authority. The certificate of authority is canceled when the certificate of cancellation becomes effective. L.2012, c.50, s.64.
