29.Statement of Denial. A person named in a filed statement of authority granting that person authority may deliver to the filing office for filing a statement of denial that: a. Provides the name of the limited liability company and such other information as may be required by the filing office to correctly identify the company and the caption of the statement of authority to which the statement of denial pertains; and b. Denies the grant of authority. L.2012, c.50, s.29.
