Text
Exemption from filing business name certificates. Any limited partnership formed under this chapter or R.S. 42:2-1 et seq., or any foreign limited partnership authorized to transact business in this State, shall be exempt from the filing requirements of R.S. 56:1-1 et seq. L. 1983, c. 489, s. 69, eff. April 1, 1985.
